Handling Times

Our aim is to get you your order as quickly as we can! Our standard handling time (for in stock items) is 1-2 business days and shipping time is in addition to this. During promotional activity, sales and the Christmas period our handling times extend to 4 business days. Items that have a lead time noted on the product page, will be shipped within the specified time. Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) and shipped from our warehouse in NSW. Please note if the order has been processed by our warehouse team it will not be possible to change or cancel the order.

Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number, a link to track the progress of your delivery, and an estimated delivery time frame. This is only an estimate as the courier service can experience delays and service interruptions. While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, Poolside are not responsible for any delays that might occur and delivery times are not guaranteed by our carriers. If you are experiencing a delay with your order arriving, send our team an email to hello@poolsidestore.com.au with your order number and we will open an investigation with the courier.

Australian Shipping

Shipping is free within Australia. We ship Australian orders using Interparcel, which allows us to select the quickest and best courier for your order to be delivered safely. All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave. Should you wish not to have Authority to Leave, please let us know in the notes section of your order.

International Shipping

International shipping is calculated at checkout. We ship international orders using both DHL and Interparcel, which allows us to select the quickest and best courier for your order to be delivered safely, at the best rates possible.

International Taxes and Duties

International orders may incur tax and duties from relevant customs. Australian export regulations requires us to declare the exact value of all items and shipping costs. Prior to placing your order, we recommend contacting your local customs office to confirm any duty and tax that will be payable. Any additional tax or duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient and not Poolside Store.
